Consultation

Free

I provide a FREE 15-minute online consultation to determine what your concerns are, answer questions and help us decide if we will be a good fit.

Individual Counselling

60 Minute - $150
90 Minutes - $225

I provide individual counselling for individuals ages 10+. My approach is grounded in genuine curiosity, warmth, and collaborative conversation. In our work together, I support you in developing practical skills and tools while helping you make meaningful connections between your reactions, behaviours, and expectations.

Youth Counselling
Ages 10-18

60 Minute - $150

90 Minutes - $225

Sometimes parents or caregivers suggest counselling because they notice their child or teen may be struggling with stress, anxiety, low mood, or challenges in relationships or everyday life. While parents are often the biggest support in a young person’s life, it can also be really helpful to have a space that is just for you. Counselling offers a person-centred, non-judgmental environment where you can talk openly about what’s going on, ask questions, and explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.

Family Counselling

60 Minute - $175

90 Minutes - $263

Complex family dynamics can be explored individually or together with family members. Drawing from Emotionally Focused Family Therapy, attachment-based, and relational approaches, I support families in strengthening communication, clarifying boundaries and expectations, and deepening emotional awareness. This work helps foster greater understanding, connection, and responsiveness to both your own needs and the needs of your loved ones.

First Responders

60 Minute - $150

90 Minutes - $225

Pursuing a career as a First Responder is both honourable and demanding. Whether serving as a firefighter, police officer, EMT, border officer, prison guard, or other public safety personnel, First Responders consistently demonstrate commitment to their core values of service, teamwork, and resilience in the face of daily challenges. It is recognized that the inherent strength and dedication required for these roles may make it difficult to seek support outside one’s immediate team. Providing comprehensive support to First Responders and their families, before, during, or after difficult professional or personal experiences, is essential for reducing psychological injuries and empowering this community to continue delivering exemplary service throughout their careers. With a commitment to non-judgmental, holistic, and validating support, I offer care rooted in hope and curiosity for both first responders and their families.

Couples Counselling

60 Minute - $175

90 Minutes - $263

Much of our lives is spent seeking connection, building relationships, sustaining them, and hoping to find a partner with whom we feel safe and understood. Yet even the strongest relationships can experience periods of conflict, disconnection, or distress. Using the evidence-based approach of Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) based on attachment theory, I help couples reduce relationship distress and move toward greater emotional safety and secure attachment.

I would like to acknowledge that I live, play and work on the unceded, ancestral and traditional territory of the sc̓əwaθÉ™n mÉ™steyÉ™xÊ· Tsawwassen First Nation and xÊ·mÉ™θkÊ·É™y̓əm Musqueam Indian Band and of all the Hun’qumi’num speaking people.  I offer my enormous respect and empathy for those who have come before me, their joys and accomplishments and acknowledge the deep impacts of cocolonization and harm.

As a helper to this community, I reflect on my role and responsibility within history and I acknowledge that I am accountable to this land that is prosperous with guidance. Its rivers, oceans, forests and animals are all part of the ecosystem that bring peace and contentment. I am committed to approaching my work with humility, respect, and a willingness to listen and learn and understanding that healing and care are deeply rooted in connection to the land, its history and to each other.
