I approach all sessions with a healing-centred focus, beginning with a culturally aware and non-judgmental space. I offer a secure and welcoming environment that encourages you to share your experiences openly. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and the questions I ask are intended to gently explore patterns and beliefs that may be contributing to the difficulties you are facing.
Fundamental to my practice is the belief that you are more than what happened to you, and learning about what is going right for you is as important as understanding your challenges. Together, we will explore your thoughts and emotions while building insight, resilience, and meaningful change.

Somatic

The human body provides signals every day that influence how individuals engage with their surroundings. Tight chest, heart racing, nausea, fatigue and other signs are created to send you a message. Through counselling, you can learn to interpret the body's signals and collaboratively work towards understanding if it is a current issue or a past issue that will lead towards greater attunement between your body, thoughts and surroundings.
